By Tom Phillips in Goiania.

This week I'm in Goiania, a small city in Brazil's midwest covering the murder of British teenager Cara Burke. Goiania is known for its cattle industry and the city's steak houses are packed to the rafters with chewy beef. So much so that lots of the restaurants here offer a take-away service in fio dental - or dental floss, available at the counter as you pay.
